The various measures of national saving and investment are ways to measure changes in total wealth.

Note: Measured in 1990 international dollars. In order of increasing comprehensiveness, these measures include: Net investment = net fixed produced capital formation and overseas investment; Green investment =Net investment + change in natural capital; Genuine savings = Green investment + education expenditure; GSTFP = Genuine savings + Net present value of total factor productivity (i.e. technological change).
